Responsibilities:
• Shape the A&O asset strategy of EMEA region with focus on Operations, Project Management/Engineering, Maintenance & Reliability.
• Increase the profitability of the terminals by world class Capex execution and application of best practices and standards

• Championed the DaVinci workflow management improvement program (Maintenance-Operations) resulting in cultural change, channel optimization and cost reduction.
Delivered clear roles &responsibilities, removal of waste steps & clear decision-making supported by visual management.. Improved wrench time/HOTT by 15 %.
• Improved Asset reliability by bad actor analysis (FMEA), feedback loop, efficient Scheduling process and PM/PdM execution focus/ priority setting.
• Roll out of the Stable Ops program (Operations-Engineering-Maintenance) to decrease process variability / dents by CI approach (5Why, RCA etc.) and thereby increased the ownership of the key stakeholders as well as resolution of plant disturbances.

• Project development consultant for mega and large site projects for the European site (> 10 Meuro) by effectively managing safety, quality, cost and schedule
• Ensure adequate standards of definition, rigor & project readiness prior to project funding approval

• Implemented effective and efficient management of project scoping & execution and rolled out regional standards across the European sites
• Enhanced project quality and cost control by validation and commitment to project deliverables and project execution plan with key stake holders.

• Providing technical assurance for project business case
• Delivering the process engineering design for the FEL project phases
• Coordinating design and peer reviews of the process design with relevant site and external Specialists
