File Server (Synology and Buffallo TeraStation NAS), IBM Storwize V3700 Storage, Backup software (Symantec backup exec, Veeam backup and Replication), Symantec Messaging Gateway, Cyberoam/Sophos CR100iNG, Fortinet 30D, 100D Firewall, Cisco Switches and routers. Avaya IP Telephony, MF Printers, HIkVision NVR and cameras. ZKteco Attendance system and access doors. Symantec Endpoint Security, Symantec Messaging Gateway and Barracuda Email Security Gateway. Office 365.
My role was to provide technical support to end users install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems. Managing Cyberoam firewall, Active Directory, cisco switches & routers, Kyocera and HP printers, File server, IP Cameras and DVR.
