Analyzing Materials and data, conducting test as per relevant international standards with respect to Project requirements. Insuring Quality control of Materials on delivery and creating Documents Sampling and Testing Developing New Methods for testing Train the Lab Technician and Lab workers Design the Asphalt Mix for Base and Wearing Course Design the cement concrete mix Frequently visit the Material supplier factory Assist the Consultant Material Engineer in the checking and evaluation of Monthly Materials Report. Assist the Consultant Materials Engineer in the inspection and monitoring of field activities. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Materials Quality Control Report and summary of back-up test results. As a Sr.Engineer - QA/QC: Performing the internal audit as per ISO 19011:2011 Maintaining documents with respect to ISO 9001:2008 quality management system Requirements. Preparation of Material Approval Request (MAR). Preparation of QCP (Quality Control Procedure), Preparation MS (Methods Statement) for all construction work, Preparation of ITP (Inspection Test Plan) for each MS and testing on materials as per the Project requirements, Conduct the initial Inspection on every activity at site with consultant Controlling the NCR (Non-Conformance Report) Preparation and implementation of Corrective and Preventive Action for NCR,
Duties and Responsibilities:
Developed and implemented Inspection and Test Plans for all civil activities
Follows inspection and test plan (ITP) and project specification and carries out the various stage of inspections and tests, prepares various reports and forward to the QA/QC manager for further action
Briefly explain quality requirements as per ITP and project specifications to concerned supervisor prior to start of activities as required.
Liaison with client inspection and construction staff for intermediate and final acceptance of work
Carries out Vendor inspection of materials/equipment, when required and prepare necessary inspection reports.
Liaison with third party Inspection and testing agency for \assuring/Witnessing the inspection and test activities.
Report deviations from requirements of contract documents to the QA/QCManager.
Record all the inspections on Project approved formats to get these verified by parties involved for the completed work.
Inspection of all incoming construction materials with respect to relevant Indian standards and ITP.
Conduct meeting regarding quality issues with sub-contractor.
Close out the NCR (Non Conformance Report) and implement the Corrective and Preventive Action.
Reply to Client Transmittals regarding Quality Issues,
Office assistance to all workers of department
Carry out the Quality audits in other subcontractor areas
Duties and Responsibilities:
Worked as a QA/QC Incharge.
Review contract and project Specification documents and analyzing the Quality Risks.
Review the Project Geo Technical Investigation Report and take the Precaution activities.
Developed and implemented Project Quality Plan, and other all quality programs including ITP, MS, etc.
Designed the concrete mix for various grade of concrete.
Conducted NDT (Non Destructive Test) on concrete structures
Inspection and testing of Cast-In-situ concrete pile including Pile load Test.
Manage and control the Ready Mix concrete batching plant independently.
Supervision on quality of all construction activities at site.
Conduct Inspection and Tests on all construction materials with respect to relevant Indian standards and project specifications.
Conduct meeting regarding quality issues with all leads.
Getting approval for all construction materials and work procedures from client.
Attending client meeting regarding quality issues.
Getting quotation from supplier for all construction materials and short listing the supplier with respect to quality of material and prize by discussing with of Project Manager.
Doing rate analysis for special civil work.
Duties and Responsibilities:

ஃ Attend daily progress meeting with Project Manager
ஃ Prepare bar bending schedule as per IFC drawing for RCC structures.
ஃ Conduct surveying and fix TBM from client reference for all sites
ஃ Check daily manpower attendance to maintain progress
ஃ Give the daily targets to the workers
ஃ Conduct initial inspection on all construction activities before Quality control Test.
ஃ Put the material requirement to procurement
ஃ Review the drawing
Preparation and implementation of Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs.
