* CMMS - Routine monitoring & Inspection, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual PPM, BM, CM.
* Condition monitoring, CA, Health check, Method Statement., Safety Inspection & Audit.
* O&M training, Performance & trend analysis. Technical doc..- manual, Data-sheet / MSDS / CSDS.
* Monthly, weekly FEMS meeting & Ad-hoc meeting with client, preparation of MOM.
* Risk analysis, HIRAC, Safety induction Briefing, PTW for Work at height, Hot work.
* Workshop spares Inventory, Annual stock check, Warranty management, Asset inventory.
* Energy Audit & Energy Management / Energy saving & Improvement program.
* Fire Drill, Contingency operational plan / flow chart, Plant room Log book verifications.
* Compliance of prevailing statutory regulation, by-law, code and standard. Legal compliance.
* Waste management (general / schedule waste), Material management (Diesel, Medical gas, Utility).
* Reports Submission.
* Daily Service request / WO report, Daily system Status report.
* Weekly Ageing list, Weekly & Monthly PPM report. Monthly O&M report submission.
* SAT / FAT, T&C, SOP documentation & management / QA & QC program.
* KPI, RFIA, NCR submission, vendor, Sub-contractor’s monthly report.
* Risk-man / Incident chronology / Incident Reports.
* Management Meetings.
* Daily, Monthly Operation & Management meeting - HQ & Monthly KPI meeting - client.
* QPS - Quality improvement & Patient safety meeting. (QCD dept).
* Health, Safety, Security & Environment “HSSE” meeting. (With security personnel).

a. FMS - Facility Management & Safety scope.
* Provide Safe, functional facilities for patients / families / staff and visitors.
* Safety facility (Building / Machine / Equip.) & Handling of Hazards materials.
* Security - protection from losses, destruction.
* Emergency / Disaster management plan.
* Fire safety (Detection / Alarm / suppression).
b. Critical Event Preparedness - (Emergency / Disaster management).
