• Presented to the board of Directors of the mother company TCI UNIT SYSTEMS LTD (public company) the business plan for long term and middle term, the yearly budget and the results.
• Organised the financial aspects between the company and the mother company and monitor the offer procedure and the production. Delivered instructions to key persons how to increase the production and reduce the expenses.
