• Proactively participated in the offer procedure for public and international tenders, signing government contracts for public projects, subcontracting projects and international projects like Alcatel Contracting, Alcatel Submarcom, Tyco International, Eletra and Pirelli Cables.
• Expertly arranged financial services from the banks, team building, control projects execution using methods to reduce expenses by increasing production, monitoring invoicing and approving payments.
• Played a significant role within international companies in Cyprus like SEBA DYNATRONICS, JACOB THALER INTERNATIONAL GMBH, and SAGEM.
• Presented to the board of Directors of the mother company TCI UNIT SYSTEMS LTD (public company) the business plan for long term and middle term, the yearly budget and the results.
• Organised the financial aspects between the company and the mother company and monitor the offer procedure and the production. Delivered instructions to key persons how to increase the production and reduce the expenses.
