Responsible to manage whole process and activity in Customer Engineering Department work as planned.
Task Details:
- Manage end to end testing process to ensure time delivery as schedule and SLA.
- Create and develop QA scenario, strategy, tracking and managing a group of projects simultaneously
- Managing and monitoring certification. Certification is the process required for new partner acquisition to ensure services run well in operational.
- Responsible to evaluate regularly both internal and partner's system and following up the system mismatch/fail to maintain SLA and availability.
- Managing and mentoring team member.
- Lead and manage test cases execution within a dynamic and high velocity development environment in order to ensure the highest level of delivered quality
- Work closely with development teams to guide them on the QA/certification results and improve quality.
- Concern and managed project risk to find issues and resolution.
- Work with other departments to guide a smooth User Acceptance Testing process.
Responsible to designing, modifying, or analyzing the
architecture of application and systems to ensure compatibility and user effectiveness.
Responsible to develop applications based on Functional Specification Document
