Acted as Process Safety Lead for multiple LNG Projects, managing HAZOP/ LOPA Studies and coordinating EPC process safety deliverables such as Hazardous Area Classification, Fire & Gas systems, Vapor Dispersion Analysis, Passive Fire Protection and Firewater system with multidisciplinary teams while interfacing with project controls for engineering progress and schedule alignment.

Executed detailed engineering for fire protection systems in refinery and oil & gas facilities, including IG-541 gas suppression and firewater networks. Developed P&IDs, schematics, and coordinated layouts across process units. Performed hydraulic calculations and pipe sizing to ensure code compliance. Designed fire alarm interfaces, Cause & Effect logic, wiring diagrams, and load lists, and supported shop drawing reviews, installation, and commissioning.

Reviewed fire protection drawings, performed material take-offs, and aligned designs with client requirements. Supported firefighting system troubleshooting during execution. Prepared technical enquiries and assisted with cost estimation, while coordinating with client, construction, and planning teams.

Performed substation operations and fault duty activities including manpower coordination, rapid fault isolation
and restoration, thermo-scanning, transformer loading monitoring, cable fault detection, and LT tripping
clearance.
