• Project Control Office Set-Up, Operations and Administration, inlcuding Facilities Management.
• Procurement for Control Office and Site.
• PDO standards compliance for all support services.
Information Management
• PDO Approved. Reporting directly to PDO IM and Contracts Team.
• Set-up and implement the deliverable process for Engineering, Vendor, Procurement, Construction, Detailed Design and As-Built documents/drawings of the projects to client.
• Track and ensure accurate and timely delivery of documents and drawings to client and site.
• Information Management PDO Softwares (GoTech, PDMS, SAP-PM, PROCON, ASSAI and SPO) - train project team and administer the use.
• Ensure compliance of PDO IT Policies for Security, Infrastructure, Deliverables, Processes and Data Management.
• Contractual KPI compliance.

Warehousing & Logistics
• Warehousing and Logistics Operations (Inbound-Outbound). It includes inventory management (planning, lead time, stocking levels, reorder levels, forward booking for price fluctuation, etc.) warehouse management (inward receiving, stocking, inventory days, slow moving stock, dead stock, scrap sales), freight movement (plan mode of in / out dispatch, carrier, track the movement).
• Nine permanent warehouse locations with 72, 000 sq m under management. It includes six warehouses in Muscat, one each in Sohar, Salalah and Dubai (UAE). Annual budget for complete operations was in excess of Rial Omani 300, 000.
• Project site warehouses - Muscat, Salalah, and Ruwais (UAE).
• Distribution Logistics for sales and project material across Oman using company and rental trucks.
• More than 200 + employees. Direct Reports - 6.
• Average inventory value ranging from Rial Omani 17 to 21 million.
• More than 28, 000 line items of various disciplines covering Engineering products to residential furniture.
Vehicle & Equipment Fleet Management
Key Responsibility:
• Tracking, Accounting and Record Keeping of Major Assets belonging to Project Divisions - Oil & Gas, Civil, Electrical and MEP. These are Construction Equipment, Material Handling Equipment and Access Equipment.
• Requirement Planning, Procurement, Ownership, Lease, Repair, Replacement and Disposal for Corporate Assets
• Vehicles - Buses (60, 30 and 15 seater), Trucks (Trailers, 7 Ton and 3 Ton), Pick-Ups (4x4, 4x2), Cars.
• Office Equipment - Multifunction machines, Desktop and Laptops, Furniture and Fixtures.
• Portable Cabins - Project Site Accommodation (1100+ units).
• Hand Tools and Site Equipment.
Corporate Group Level Responsibilities:
• Centralized Planning for Annual Equipment Requirement and Budget.
• Monitor the Procurement vs Approved Budget.
• Calculation and Implementation of Lease Charges.
• Procurement Proposal Preparation and Approval Processing for New Assets purchase.
• Allocation and Issue / End of Lease Return.
• Storage and Maintenance.
• Replacement plan, Scrapping and Disposal Sale Process.
• Overview of the repair works - cost and scope of work.
• Member of committees for supplier / vendor selection and negotiation.
• Group level deployment planning, allocation and invoicing.
