Significant Highlights: Spearheaded construction of 8 local roads projects of project value 2.8B QAR as an Assistant Project Director, managed 250 staff, overseeing the development of residential infrastructure, including roads and utilities, for an area of more than 6, 000 HA.

Significant Highlights: Directed Supervision Team of 18 staff and monitoring the performance of all Engineers and Support Staff. Managed construction of 5 Sewage Pumping Stations, including new raising mains, gravity sewer lines and micro tunnel.
- Successfully monitored the Contractor’s Program to ensure on-time delivery, and served as the primary point of contact for the Stakeholders and Contractor for all project issues.
- Recognised for completing projects 6 months ahead of schedule, with 1 million man-hours without LTI; achieved over 20% profitability and secured additional work from the Client.

Al Khor Expressway, D&B Project -Value 7 Billion QAR as Senior Project Manager

Significant Highlights: Led and managed a team of 42 members with responsibility for developing an innovative review system that reduced the review turnaround duration.
- Led the review 50 kms 5 Lane Divided Carriageway with 8 multi-level interchanges, and completed the project 6 months ahead of schedule. Nominated as Best Project Manager, exceeded targets.
- Achieved appreciation from the Client, effectively coordinated with key Stakeholders, including the Client, Consultants, and Contractors, to resolve design issues, provide VE solutions and ensure timely project completion.
- Served as a Clients Representative, oversaw all aspects of review processes, resource allocation, and program management to guarantee optimum performance and adherence to industry best standards.

P18 Group 6 Projects (P18, P16, P19 and P21) - Project Value 6.2 Billion QAR

Significant Highlights: Coordinated with Clients, Sub-Contractors, Authorities and Other Stakeholders. Developed innovative design solutions for complex interchanges, ensuring that the project is completed and constructed within time and budget
- Led the design of 16Km of 4 Lane Expressway with grade-separated Single Point Diamond Interchanges and NMU Facilities.
- Managed the development of design options, and cost-effective technical solutions and led the Road Design Team.

Improvement of Mafraq to Al Ghwaifat Border Post Highway with a Value of 12.5 Billion AED

Key Achievements and Responsibilities:
- Oversaw 350km of highway (E11) and upgraded to a 4-lane divided carriageway including 16 major interchanges. Successfully completed the project within time and budget, which led to being nominated for the best project award, exceeding the project objective.
- Coordinated with offshore team, Client, Subcontractors and other stakeholders to integrate design with additional responsibility for presenting the design recommendations to the Client and secured approvals.
