Local Roads and Drainage Program (8 GEC Projects - Project Value 2.8B QAR)
Significant Highlights: Spearheaded construction of 8 local roads projects of project value 2.8B QAR as an Assistant Project Director, managed 250 staff, overseeing the development of residential infrastructure, including roads and utilities, for an area of more than 6, 000 HA.

Construction and Upgrading of Pump Stations CP771- Project Value 120M QAR as Senior Project Manager (Construction)
Significant Highlights: Directed Supervision Team of 18 staff and monitoring the performance of all Engineers and Support Staff. Managed construction of 5 Sewage Pumping Stations, including new raising mains, gravity sewer lines and micro tunnel.
- Successfully monitored the Contractor’s Program to ensure on-time delivery, and served as the primary point of contact for the Stakeholders and Contractor for all project issues.
- Recognised for completing projects 6 months ahead of schedule, with 1 million man-hours without LTI; achieved over 20% profitability and secured additional work from the Client.
Al Khor Expressway, D&B Project -Value 7 Billion QAR as Senior Project Manager
Significant Highlights: Led and managed a team of 42 members with responsibility for developing an innovative review system that reduced the review turnaround duration.
- Led the review 50 kms 5 Lane Divided Carriageway with 8 multi-level interchanges, and completed the project 6 months ahead of schedule. Nominated as Best Project Manager, exceeded targets.
- Achieved appreciation from the Client, effectively coordinated with key Stakeholders, including the Client, Consultants, and Contractors, to resolve design issues, provide VE solutions and ensure timely project completion.
- Served as a Clients Representative, oversaw all aspects of review processes, resource allocation, and program management to guarantee optimum performance and adherence to industry best standards.
P18 Group 6 Projects (P18, P16, P19 and P21) - Project Value 6.2 Billion QAR
Significant Highlights: Oversaw various project aspects, including a budget, resources, stakeholder management and variations whilst also mediating with stakeholders, including local authorities to secure necessary approvals.
- Successfully managed overall design for the upgrade of the 42 kms Dual Carriageway Rural Expressway. Completed the project ahead of schedule. Developed and implemented innovative project delivery systems.
- Led a team of 34 members and successfully obtained additional work from the Client.
Al Rayan Expressway (Urban), Doha; 16Km of 4-lane Urban Expressway with a Value QAR 8 Billion
Significant Highlights: Coordinated with Clients, Sub-Contractors, Authorities and Other Stakeholders. Developed innovative design solutions for complex interchanges, ensuring that the project is completed and constructed within time and budget
- Led the design of 16Km of 4 Lane Expressway with grade-separated Single Point Diamond Interchanges and NMU Facilities.
- Managed the development of design options, and cost-effective technical solutions and led the Road Design Team.
Project: Al Ain Saih Al Sidira Highway, Abu Dhabi - Project Value of 3.9 Billion AED
Managed the overall design of a New Strategic - 60 km Highway Link Road connecting Al Ain with Al Sidira with grade-separated interchanges.
- Devised optimum design solutions in coordination with client and local authorities, with full responsibility for project resourcing and dissemination of work packages to the teams.
- Compiled accurate reports on project progress, costs and important developments.
- Handled project budget, risks and contingencies whilst managing key contracts, invoices and variations. Ensured timely delivery by establishing clear lines of communication with relevant stakeholders and properly allocating resources to enhance performance.
- Received appreciation from the Client and completed the project with good profitability whilst leading a team of 14 members.
Improvement of Mafraq to Al Ghwaifat Border Post Highway with a Value of 12.5 Billion AED
Key Achievements and Responsibilities:
- Oversaw 350km of highway (E11) and upgraded to a 4-lane divided carriageway including 16 major interchanges. Successfully completed the project within time and budget, which led to being nominated for the best project award, exceeding the project objective.
- Coordinated with offshore team, Client, Subcontractors and other stakeholders to integrate design with additional responsibility for presenting the design recommendations to the Client and secured approvals.
Key Achievements and Responsibilities:
● Championed 10 projects, including Ferrari World, Links Golf Course, Razeen City, Maliha Hospital, Golf Course Community, Al Waha Complex, Retail Mall and Hotel
● Acted as a Deputy Project Director leading the multidisciplinary team of 12 Engineers with responsibility for leading and managing design, resources, project budget, monitoring operations and providing technical input.
● Sucessfully managed subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure the procurement of necessary resources.
● Coordinated with local authorities and the Client to obtain approvals, swiftly resolve any outstanding problems, and facilitate the timely completion of projects within the project timeframe and budget.
