FRANK WILLIAMS TOWERS @ Burj Boulevard, Dubai. - AED 720 million 2 Residential Towers, G + 43, G + 42, Podium 6 level, 3 levels secure Basement car park and 2 levels of partial car park, Garden and Pool amenities located at level 3 of a separate Podium overlooking the Burj Lake and Burj Khalifa, Retail shop front at Ground floor, Squash courts, Multipurpose Gym, swimming pools, landscaping etc.
Project: SHINING TOWER - Abu Dhabi, 2 Towers, G + 32 Residential Tower, G + 36 Office Tower, 2 levels secure Basement car park, Garden and Pool amenities located at level 2 of Podium, Retail shop front at Ground floor, swimming pools, landscaping etc. 3 Nos. Concrete silos. For Al Khaleej Sugar factory, Jabel Ali Free Zone Area. The concrete structure of 45 m. diameter and 50 m height is constructed as slip form structure without construction joint.
Project: BURJ KHALIFA TOWER Inspection and supervision of Manmade World's tallest structure, podium and external areas including water features, tennis court, children's play area, landscaping, drainage system, road paving and stone cladding.
