Interfacing with consultants, clients & subcontractors to ascertain technical specifications, construction related essentials based on the prevalent rules
Supervising the scope of construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction and coordinating for site management activities
Directing the functions like supervision, coordination & review of survey, quality control, mobilization of manpower, materials & equipment, and cost control
Key Result Areas:
• Develop construction program including preparing information required schedule.
• Ensure all operations are carried out in accordance with Company, Local and International Health, Safety and Environmental Legislation.
• Ensure that all work sequences are in conjunction with the submitted MSRA.
• Prepare and submit Method Statement, Material Submittal and Risk Assessment.
• Monitor the program for the project closely throughout the project duration. Made necessary changes and submit to Project Manager as and when required Prepare Planning and technical requirements to ensure the completion of the same within time as well as budgets
• Obtained approvals for work at every stage from Consultants and material samples from consultant before actual purchase
• Coordinated with sub-contractors and monitoring their progress at-site
• Prepare RFT at every Stage of work and get approval from Consultant
• Organized site meeting
• Material Delivery inspection submittal and get approval from Authorities before utilize the material.
• Analyzed approval drawings and specifications to ensure the compliance of works with the drawings & specification
• Planning and scheduling of manpower, equipment and materials.
• Ensured materials and equipment utilization in optimum manner
• Ensured documentations & verification of billings & invoices as per the company policies.
• Generated managements reports / Data Inputs and Monthly reports
