Consultant to the operational departments on Cabin Safety issues and a representative of flight safety programs. I facilitated and coordinated cabin crew safety debriefings, reviewed procedures, analysed incidents and submitted recommendations for improvement in safety and efficiency issues.
Planned fleet audits and inspections of all documents and procedures to ensure conformity with company procedure manual and standards and in compliance with state regulations.

As a member of the SAG(safety Action Group), I ensured all findings and non conformities were well addressed with a regular brainstorming and meetings with the management and quality department for corrective action.
