Consultant to the operational departments on Cabin Safety issues and a representative of flight safety programs. I facilitated and coordinated cabin crew safety debriefings, reviewed procedures, analysed incidents and submitted recommendations for improvement in safety and efficiency issues.
Planned fleet audits and inspections of all documents and procedures to ensure conformity with company procedure manual and standards and in compliance with state regulations.
Supervised cabin crew reporting system regularly and ensured properly managed.
As a member of the SAG(safety Action Group), I ensured all findings and non conformities were well addressed with a regular brainstorming and meetings with the management and quality department for corrective action.
Ensured a safety culture was well driven to the employees particularly cabin crew members.
Participated in developing the created framework for Topbrass Aviation Emergency Response Plan Manual in Nigeria which involved working on all aspects and the problems generated in the airline business industry as regards incidents and accidents both foreseen and unforeseen.

Conducted safety meetings and periodic cabin audits as I am exposed to the area of managing and developing the cabin management system to ensure it is delivered consistently through out the cabin crew operational environment,
Assist with the investigation of incidents and accidents and identified root causes by developing a comprehensive risk assessment process and provided corrective and preventive actions,
Constantly monitor cabin crew behavior in accomplishing their daily tasks and ensured all relevant safety training regarding drills are properly undergone and regular exercise is performed( emergency evacuation drills).
Monitored cabin crew reporting database by proposing key recommandations to the safety and quality department to integrate safety management system implementation Program to the cabin crew syllabus to enhance safety awareness.
Attend a safety briefing with pilots and cabin crew, went over safety and emergency checklists, monitored the cabin for unusual smells or situations and maintained all precautions necessary for the safe operations of flight.
Checked all catering equipment ordered/required are onboard and correctly stowed for provision of efficient catering services during flight operations
Ensured passengers embark and disembark safely, verified boarding particulars, such as special needs passengers,
Demonstrate the use of all emergency procedures to create safety awareness,
Responded immediately to call signs and lights with special requests and including inflight emergencies that may occur,
Ensured all relevant documents prior to flight departure, in sight and signed by captain(manifest, load sheet ...)
Attended safety briefing with pilots and lead crew, went over safety equipments preflight checks, report all discrepencies of equipments, secured the cabin ensuring tray tables are stowed, seats on upright positions, armrest down and carry-ons stowed correctly and seat belt fasten prior to take-off and landing.
Ensured passengers comply with the safety regulations,
Prepared for service or sell on board food and beverage.
Offer comfort items including blankets, pillows, hot towel service etc...
Distribute customs forms on international flights and assist passengers with their proper completion prior for landing,
Ensured passengers are safe and comfortable by exceeding their request.
Certification of Tourist Guide received with mention, the award given by the Minister of Tourism of Senegal. Because tourism is Senegal second pillar of the Economy, promoted Senegal destination by taking them to all sites, let them enjoy and discover.
Certificate in English at Level 5. This grade was achieved with my inclusion in the British Senegalese Institute English Club as a deputy Chairman. Being in charge of external affairs, it enabled me to communicate with many high schools in different regions of Senegal in order to promote and vulgarize the English language by setting up programs of twinings with other schools.
