 Set up the business development team across the targeted regions and region wise Business Development Operations to achieve organization goals. Manage the global sales & marketing operations of the company with complete P&L accountability for delivering all predefined business objectives.
 Direct & control all activities related to business development & geographical development, customer relations management (CRM) & new product identification for Geo Membrane applications across various industries.
 Develop & implement strategies and plans to achieve objectives of sales, revenues, profits, market leadership, growth & sustainability based on detailed analysis of key market drivers & indicators.
 Build, train and motivate company sales team, agents & distributors, monitoring & ensuring performance through field visits and structured reviews.
