NEW DEVELOPMENTS IN PROGRAMMING
Preparation of Cut sheets for various products in order to reduce the wastage of scraps.
From full sheets it had been reduced to cut sheets and increased the sheet utilization.
Sheet Report also had been developed in order to reduce the time for CNC operators for Tool changing to a JUST IN TIME PRODUCTION (JIT).
NEW DEVELOPMENTS IN SHEET METAL
Involved in increasing process capability by Design and developments new product launch conversion from Angle frame to sheet metal and reduced the product weight.
This results in reduction of angle scrap and phosphate process is rejected due to the conversion in sheet metal.
Powder coating process is made easier in order only for the specified components and increased the productivity.

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT ENGINEER
Responsible for monitoring and overseeing the activities of contractor assigned for the construction project
Provide safety guidelines in construction area to ensure safety in accordance with Construction Work Plans
Handle responsibilities of preparing project specifications and update the same to the project manager for verification
Responsible for preparing plans and evaluating the quality of work by coordinating with the project team
Perform the tasks of generating project construction schedule like date and project delivery dates
Handle responsibilities of managing traffic flow and checking material storage systems
Perform proper management of procurement and delivery of material delivery on project site
Responsible for evaluating shop drawings prepared by junior engineers to ensure accuracy of the proposed lay out
Handle the tasks of generating work plans by coordinating with project superintendent
