NEW DEVELOPMENTS IN PROGRAMMING
Preparation of Cut sheets for various products in order to reduce the wastage of scraps.
From full sheets it had been reduced to cut sheets and increased the sheet utilization.
Sheet Report also had been developed in order to reduce the time for CNC operators for Tool changing to a JUST IN TIME PRODUCTION (JIT).
NEW DEVELOPMENTS IN SHEET METAL
Involved in increasing process capability by Design and developments new product launch conversion from Angle frame to sheet metal and reduced the product weight.
This results in reduction of angle scrap and phosphate process is rejected due to the conversion in sheet metal.
Powder coating process is made easier in order only for the specified components and increased the productivity.
