Presently, working in HFCL as AGM .Experience in managing teams for implementation, planning of IP-MPLS Network and O&M of CS/PS Core Networks (2G/3G/4G) for Ericsson Switch, IPRAN(ALU) and MGW/RNC & Huawei IMS/SBC Operations & Maintenance.
To manage and co-ordinate for all Core & RAN Network activities with other teams.
Coordination with all operators for POI augmentation and commissioning.
O&M of Ericsson Core network nodes AXE 810 MSC-S /HLR, BC, BSC, MGW, HSS, UDR & RNC & Huawei IMS & SBC.
Experience in the management of resources, in achieving targets, implementing plans and programs and preparation of budget plans, targets and forecast.
Carry out hardware and software expansion/faults for the existing operational network
AT & implementation for any new nodes introduced to the network.
Core network planning and providing the reqd. inputs to vendor team for preparation of design document for new nodes.
Familiar with developing Data Transcripts (MO, MOS, XML).
Analyzing daily GPRS report & payload throughput report for GBoIP & IUPS.
Assist in analyzing operational external & internal, Individual and team performance reports as per the requirements from the management team. Verifying the Configuration, which are specified in the plans is correctly done or not.
Handling Activity for major network problems which might impact traffic services and network performance.
Escalate the trouble ticket to third Line (Vendor Care services) when needed, and follow up until resolution / solution provided
Coordination with different nodes (IN, SGSN, Mediation, STP, SMSC) for 2G/3G related configurations and testing.
Support for Operation, maintenance & troubleshooting of GSM AXE-810 APZ 212 50/APZ 212 60.
Software Up gradation of MSS/MGW & RNC.
Verification, testing and implementation of new features and solutions.
Handling of the customer related trouble tickets and escalations with respect to the CS core nodes.
Coordinating with the customers and other departments for various requirements.
Successfully handling exchange alarms (APT, APZ related alarms) for MSC/MSC-S.
Accountable for routing management including route creation, signaling definitions, link creation, traffic initiation and traffic routing (C7 (LSL & HSL), & R2).
Working on Database Tables of various nodes (e.g. B number analysis, Digit Analysis, End-of- Selection Analysis, forwarding analysis, Route Analysis, IMSI Analysis, GT analysis).
Defining/deletion of TAC codes, monitoring utilization of EIR.
Actively involved in SCCP global title routing definition for efficient routing of SCCP messages towards HLR, SMSC and SCP.
Good Knowledge of CCS7 Signaling protocols and basics of SIGTRAN.
Report Analysis (Daily and monthly reports- NPAR, ASR, VLR and HLR stats, VAS Reports).
Responsible to maintain high level standard for NPI’s.
License installation with SMO & AMOS command.
Creation of CV of NodeB & RNC.
Analyzing customer complaints & queries related to RNC & NodeB.
Up gradation of software and license in RNC and nodeB’s.
