Successfully handled International recruitment of construction work force from India, Bangladesh and Nepal after conducting trade tests. Assisting HR Manager in local and overseas recruitment of staff by sourcing of candidates, screening and scheduling of interviews and finalizing the offer. Liaising with visa department on completing visa formalities, Keeping track of complete process stage by stage and updating the Management on periodical manner. Interim stay arrangements for new joiners (staff) and Labour camp accommodation arrangements (workers) for new joiners. Arranging issuance of Medical Insurance Card for new joiners. Monitoring Labour card and visa renewals of existing employees on monthly basis and completing the process on time. Handling employee termination and resignations, monitoring process of end of service benefits and repatriation. Deployment of new joiners to concerned site and day to day movement in consultation with Operations Manager.
Initiating annual appraisals of workers and submitting report to the Management.
Leave Management: Processing of leave applications of employees and get it approved from the Operations Department. Monitoring the leave ticket bookings of employees and approving the LPOs to the travel agents. Attending employees grievances as and when required and on periodical basis. Part of the investigation team for site and camp incidents and initiating disciplinary actions if required. Monitoring training records of employees and initiating fresh as well as renewal of training certificates with outside agencies as and when required. Handling Medical Insurance claims and Workmen compensation claims of employees and follow up with the Insurance providers for early settlement. Custodian of employees’ passport in safe custody. Monitoring IN and OUT of passports and periodical physical verifications. Preparation of various monthly HR Reports and other reports as and when required by the Management.
Successfully handled Personnel dossiers, Administration of Personnel Appraisal system, Leave record maintenance, employee benefits, attendance registers, monthly payroll etc.,
Handled general administration such as office maintenance, purchase and issuance of office stationaries, vehicle maintenance, managing office attendants etc.,
Active Team leader in organizing Trade Fairs, Meetings, Seminars and other departmental meetings at regular intervals.
Handled all secretarial and administrative jobs for the Northern Regional Office besides assisting Divisional Marketing Manager.
