• Aligning and driving the demand planning process across 7 sub clusters consisting of 51 countries across MEA, lead and consolidate financial budget forecast, providing detailed analysis of past and future variance for evaluation of YTD performance & alignment of action plans to meet year to go business targets.

Significant Highlights
• Conveyed optimal savings on projects for stock models including Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and managed said specialized 4PL that streamlined a process moving all inventory to their books including total inventory management and procurement resulting in stock management on their books at desired levels. This resulted in Working capital reduction of 11 Million euros to 3Milliion euros in 14months and lead time reduction from average 12 weeks to 48 hours and reduction of stock days on hand.
• Reduced total inventory costs, and managed working capital whilst ensuring highest service level as a Project Manager for the factory Inventory Planning Model (IPM) project for both raw and packaging materials.
• Augmented logistics efficiency via supply chain value stream mapping and analysis, collected real-time data and designed solutions for internal and external logistics as well as attained-7-10 day’s reduction in lead time.
• Established and streamlined Material Requirements Planning (MRP), gathering all key inputs setting up MM master data while maintaining seamless collaboration with various teams on factory quest towards World Class Manufacturing (WCM).
• Enhanced “No Touch” MRP for raw materials from approx. 30% to consistently above 90%
• Attained company stock targets with a 30% reduction of stocks within 6 months whilst maintaining high service levels.
• Contributed in improving supplier invoice process- Elimination of non-value adding steps and the addition of methods to reduce lead time and ensure effective processing and resolution of queries/disputes.

• Played a prominent role in *Golden Finger Project in establishing complete raw material planning function. Supply management of 350+ materials, split between 65 suppliers, across more than 10 countries.
• Managed supply chain functions, including purchasing, procurement, logistics, change & innovation management, and rationalizing the operations to accelerate business growth.
