- Ensuring that the Sales Agent’s sales targets are met for the Contact Centre
- Liaison point for the Day to Day interaction with the Insurance Companies for Policy Issuance, MIS Reconciliation, etc
- Preparing MIS on sales as per business requirements
- Ensuring that all service standards of the bank are met & required
- Ensuring all customer requests through e-channel are actioned & policy is issued within TAT
- Ensuring all disputed cases are handled effectively & escalated to SQ

- Ensuring strict adherence of SLA’s / TAT’s as per the operating procedure

- Being up to date on entrant’s products parameters & accordingly propose & implement improvements in the existing process & products features
- Proposition & Conducting contests within the Sales Agent Team
- Identifying opportunities on various e channels that can be implemented for increasing revenues.
- Providing Prompt feedback to Manager Acquisitions, Contact Centre on business objectives.
