Planning, coordinating, preparing and submitting creative & commercial proposals for the different briefs that are validated by the organization. Working towards established project and pitch standards as referenced by the management.
Serving as a central contact point, liaising with higher management, production & design teams to create event concepts based on client requirements. From concept through completion of an event as Senior Project Managers we have to handle multiple projects simultaneously, liaise with the client and ensure the job is delivered in a fast-paced deadline-oriented work environment.

Project Leader for the entire process of projects, from event briefs, brainstorming, supporting the conceptualising to development including production and execution on-site.
Guiding the proposal development strategy from translating event and campaign concepts into proposals and assisting team in making successful pitches.
Forecasting and estimating project budgets and working closely with production team to source suppliers.
Briefing, management and negotiation with various suppliers, hotels, media production companies and promotional agencies.
Project management responsibility with overseeing production process, planning and execution by managing the team.
Management  and coordination of all aspects from pre-sourcing to post event evaluation.
Liaising with clients and designers to create the brand look & feel of the event.
Handling post-submittal phase including oral presentations and customer clarification requests.
Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet (and hopefully exceed) expectations.

Apart from project management and proposal creation, my job responsibility also includes client servicing which consists of managing client expectations and increase client satisfaction and strengthen relationships
