I am responsible for all functions of our Specialist Recruitment Agency in UAE including BD, Sourcing & Operations Management, being a specialist unit with a small team, we multi-task to achieve our goals. Leveraging my UAE/GCC client relationships, experience in healthcare recruitment projects & a robust candidate’s database, I jumpstarted the business by acquiring 30+ new client contracts within six months. I possess an active database of 500+ Senior Physicians & Surgeons (Consultants & Specialists Doctors, apart from top LinkedIn profile of 12K connections. We also hire General & Home Care Nurses / other Allied & technicians.
o Clients include: NMC - Abu Dhabi, Al Dara - KSA, Al Sharq - Fujairah, Synergy Wellness - Fujairah, Al Zahra - Dubai, Al Zahra - Sharjah, Emirates Homecare - Dubai, Evolvence Homecare - Dubai, Heal Well Medical - Dubai, SS Lootah Group - Dubai, Al Nawras - Doha Qatar, MOH - UAE, NHS - UK (for Nurses) etc.
o MOH & DHA licensing: I am also hands on for UAE Healthcare Licensing which is a very important aspect for their successful hiring & agency revenue by binding the candidates to the agency till joining a UAE Hospital.
I was responsible for senior level Executive Search - Strategy & Implementations, media & adverts, response analysis, shortlisting, online & personal interviews, package negotiations, visa processing & documentation till onboarding & handover to client HR, for:
o Healthcare Vertical: Hiring for Specialists, Consultants, Mgt. & C-Suite Positions for clients including HMC - Qatar, ADNOC - Abu Dhabi, PHC-Qatar, Saudi Aramco - Johns Hopkins Hospital, KOC Hospitals, Al Rahba Hospital - Abu Dhabi, GMC Ajman, Mafraq Hospital - Abu Dhabi & others, Al Dara - KSA, Military Hospitals KSA etc.
o Oil & Gas Vertical: Hiring for Upstream & Downstream major projects. Positions included Operators, Section Heads, Engineers, R&D scientists etc. Conceptualized & delivered major & regular campaigns in various countries including India - for Aramco, Malaysia & Indonesia - Sadara, Yasref & Petrorabigh, Aruba - KOC, Houston - Sabic.
o Finance, Banking & Insurance Vertical: I introduced SIDF (Saudi Industrial Development Fund Riyadh) & brought in their International Recruitment business for 5 consecutive years, for: Canada, UK, Ireland, Rest of Europe, South Africa & India. Positions included: Risk Mgt. Specialists; Credit Analysts, Financial Auditors, Industrial Projects & Technical Analysts, Accounting Instructors, IT specialists, Marketing specialists, Language Instructors etc.
JVG Media Services is a Specialist Advertisement Agency, promoted by M/s Jerry Varghese Global Executive Search Dubai, it was founded by me in 2007 with an objective to help GCC employers Reach-Connect-Attract with critical skills / candidates across the world who would come and work for UAE employers. I used my 15+ years of Global Media Planning & Target Audience segmentation experience to establish this business. By the time, I left, we had 200+ GCC clients who hired us to manage their Global Employer Branding, planning, designing & releasing their recruitment advertisement. I used 360-degree media including traditional Print Dailies, Online Job Portals, Radio Adverts, SEO & SEM techniques using google AdWords, Industry Job fairs, personal networking through social media like LinkedIn, Facebook, twitter etc. associated with industry fairs, online & Job Fairs.
