 Managing the entire facilities services operations \[Help Desk Management, Cleaning Services, Pest Control, Horticulture, Valet Driver Services, Waste Management\] for a premium shopping center having 2 million Sq. Ft. area and handling team size of 230 team members.
 Oversee day-to-day running of site soft services in respect of Cleaning, Landscape, Pes Control, Food Court Operations and Waste Management. Monitor and Supervises housekeeping Executives, supervisors and personnel, manage the day-to-day housekeeping operations at site including logistics, emergency calls, duty rosters, work assignments, and provide guidance and directions as needed.
 Accountable for meeting operational team objectives through demonstrating a leadership style that always is customer centric. Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to build and sustain strong and long-term business relationship.
 Control and Monitor day-to-day operational aspects of FM Contractors responsibilities and ensure compliance with KPI’s including response and resolution times.
 Participate in the preparation and administration of the facilities management budget. Submit budget recommendations; monitor expenditures, prepare cost estimates. Submit justification on expanses.
 Monitor and ensure compliance with the policies and regulations adopted by the organization in the management of the contract, in its scope of work. Comply with the company and client policies, site rules and statutory regulations related to Health & Safety, Safe working practices, Hygiene, cleanliness and COSHH.
 To ensure collaborating with HSEQ department to provide revert on client’s queries, inspections, audits etc..
 Regular development and updating of SOP’s and Soft Services improvement plan for each segment of Soft Services. Prepare and implement different schedule and checklist for Housekeeping, Pest control and Horticulture team and ensured that all staff are carrying out all the activities.
 Influences, develops and controls budget, costs, staff and vendors by planning, scheduling, implementing processes and drafting procedures.
 Purchase all cleaning supplies and equipment and determine replacement according to usage and budget.
 Improve the operation systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
 Responsible for timely submission of all invoices related to services delivered at site for timely payment collections.
 Responsible for timely submission of required data along with MIS/MMR to client as well as HO.
