• Managing Content across the Globe by handling 70 plus countries which include EMEA/APAC/APJ. Containing Title, Description & Summary, Additional Product Specification, Images, Filter Out Options, etc.
• Campaign Management: Online Product launches, Supporting Product Pricing, Money ofs, Coupons, Days of Deals, and many other occasion-specific promotions.
• Supporting End-to-end merchandising activities (Pricing, Point of Sale Text, Ofer Description)
• Site Quality: Supporting Site quality issues specific with in the shortest time, marketing management system, Managing and monitoring sales lead loading and distribution.
• Rectifying errors related to prices, and promos. Enhancing process quality, audit signof, and scrub sessions. Providing feedback in terms of Root-cause analysis (RCA) and errors.
• Stakeholder management: Communicating with Partners for pricing, promo, and new launches, re prioritization of tasks according to business-critical situations.
