Arranging Visa Through Mobilization Team & Global Contractors to Start Hiring / Mobilization After Offer Acceptance and Coordinating / Following up for Medical Test & Result, Sponsorship Transfer (If Available on Local Sponsorship Transfer), Visa Stamping, Resignation Submission, Relieving, Ticket Issue, Transportation for Pick-up From Airport, Hotel Booking, HR Orientation, Safety Orientation, Employment ID, Email ID, Attendance Punching, Work Place, Computer / Laptop, All till Candidate is Onboard.
Maintaining Applicants Tracking System (ATS) to Prepare Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Reports and Updating Monthly KPI & Recruitment Process Reports for All Onboard Candidates.
Efficiently use online tools and other methods to regularly add to the existing talent base and build pipeline. Create a pool of candidate data from different job portals.
Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates. Keen to work on Recruitment portals, LinkedIn sourcing and other tools etc.

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Handling a group of companies and looking after all the recruitment activities from the start of the project.
•According to the need of the company arranging for sourcing of candidates using different ways.
•Headhunting & Sourcing the CV’S as per the job description.
•According to the requirement of the Company either forwarding CV’S to the company or informing the short listed candidates to report for interview with company’s delegates.
•Preparing interview schedule & arranging for the interviews with company’s delegates in India.
•Coordinating with candidates after declaration of the final selection list & after issuing the Original Employment Offer Letter/ Appointment Letter by the client.
•Maintaining a file of each candidate, which includes all essential documents for Visa Processing like Medical Fitness Report, Original Documents & Attested Certificates and Original Passport, Photographs.
•Arranging the HRD process as per the visa category for Saudi Clients, Also interacting with Agency for Degree Attestation.
•Assisting Visa department for making “MOFA” of the candidates for Visa endorsement.
•Passing the file to the Immigration, Visa and Ticketing Section and after Visa is endorsed then informs the candidate for ticketing process and share the flight schedule with the company .
•Hands over the File with company address to the candidate after his completion of all the official formalities.
•As required travelling with the clients across INDIA for the interviews scheduled as per the client
•Interacting with the tie up agents for the POE (interview permission)
•Well versed with Emigrate system for all the process.
•Creating Vacancy list report of each company, creating & processing status report of each company and handling of all official correspondence with the client companies and maintaining of all systematic documentation.
