I was responsible for data entry for supplier invoices into the system.
Preparing payment & receipt vouchers.
Handling the petty cash.

Monthly Reporting (Discounts from suppliers, bank reconciliation, accrued cost..)
I am responsible for all the purchases made from all the suppliers in addition to tracking and managing the stock in the warehouse.
I also issue invoices, statements of accounts and prepare the salaries for the employees.

I was responsible for entering all the accounts into the Silicon accounting system, communicated with clients and suppliers and was responsible for filing vouchers and signing them.
Learned all the lebanese accounting principles in addition to implementation of these principles by recording all entries & reconciling accounts. Entries also include closing entries + NSSF + Payroll + VAT
