• Participating in administration and organization of assisted conceptions programs (male and female infertility) and follow up pregnant women till delivery.
• Supervising staff in the absence of the head nurse.
• Serve as important link in communication chain ensuring information transmitted between nursing personnel, physicians, patients.
• Writing medical reports upon patient request or for insurance purpose.
• Promotes and participate in staff and patient education especially IVF process.
•Assists in the maintenance of a system of evaluation for nursing personnel.

•May prepare and apply dressings, give medication and nursing and therapeutic treatment as prescribed by the physician.
•May requisition weekly unit supplies and maintain adequate stores of sterile supplies.
•Good knowledge of material medical, sanitation and personal hygiene.
•Skill in the application of professional nursing techniques and practices.
•Ability to plan, assign and supervise the work of professional and paraprofessional nurses and patient care employees.
•Ability to explain instructions of a technical and professional nature.
• Communicate with patients overseas under stimulation for IVF or any other procedure.
•Training for staff about Meditex- medical software in all Fakih branches (Dubai- Al Ain - Abu Dhabi).
•Responsible for preparing the surgery schedule in the absence of the inpatient coordinator.

Duties: • Implement patient care for up to 15 patients per section
• Schedule Patient Admission and Discharge
• Taking medical histories, performing examinations, starting the treatment after doctor's request
• Make blood transfusions and blood tests, put the intravenous when requested
• Coordinate and follow up with the paramedic group for any clinical changes
• Educate and Orient patient and their families on how to accept, adapt and live with their disease
• Supervise and guide the Assistant Nurses (4 Assistant nurses)
• Deal with insurances: Provide the insurance with the patient report and any required document-Follow up with the insurance for patient admission or have their approval for any specific treatment required.
• Handle Cancer Patients (Chemotherapy- Psychological Support for patient and his/her family- Palliative care )
