 Prepare Shipments directly from suppliers to Dubai’s, Doha and Jeddah’s airport and port
 Provide all necessary documents from Suppliers to Dubai, Doha and Jeddah for customs clearance
 Contact with the suppliers over the phone to follow up important mails
 Web research for New Items and Suppliers
 Quotation and Pricing for new items provided by new suppliers
 Preparing human resources work
 Responsible of employees files (soft and hard copies)
 Responsible for the employees payroll
 Prepare absences lists for all the employees
 Maintain the employees annual leaves lists
 Responsible of insurance file (motor, fire, burglary, marine, hospitalization, …etc)
