Support with creating CAD design \[technical layout drawing required for event delivery\]. Assist with special travel arrangements, visas, transportation, accommodation, and logistics for performers. Communicate with artist agents and managers to verify attendance and requirements. Work with the artist manager to ensure set and stage conditions meet artist needs. Organize complex travel schedules within tight timeframes, ensuring all guests can attend events. Manage end-to-end coordination of incentive trips, including travel, accommodation, and entertainment.
