Conduct field visits and clearly articulates the purpose of the programs to physicians
• Perform Financial tracking and forecasting for the programs
• Generate weekly and monthly reports for the Clients
• Undertake proper collection, monitoring and use of baselines, standards and indicators
needed to measure and analyze program performance, trends and target interventions
• Participate in meetings and discussions with partners to contribute for quality
management
• Help to manage the patient’s journey and arrange financial assistance for patients who
cannot afford their medication
• Effectively assist the Program Manager in managing a drug access programs by liaising hospitals, distributors, pharmacies and patients.
• Ensure that current patients receive their drugs quickly and efficiently.
• Conduct Administrative duties for the office.
• Client management and implementation of process flows of patient support programs.
