Basic Function & Responsibilities:
•Assure all activities piping erection and installation such as FIRE WATER Lines, TW/TWR Lines, DG Lines, PW Lines IAR Lines, TANK YARD Area, continue fit-up and welding of spools and supports and installation in all areas such as Product Storage Room, Packing Room, Filament Cutter Room, Office Room, Rod Processing Room, Rod Crushing Room, Subcontractor Office to install the Fire water sprinkler in all rooms, continue also rectification of all lines, manage the operations of the assigned team by controlling the job and implementations of Plant Safety procedures in case of emergency reinstatement of piping components and local instruments, leak test are duly performed in accordance with the stated procedures, conformity with the safety rules and as per instructions of Commissioning Piping Manager. •Prepare daily reports of work progress and man power utilization. Prepare weekly reports of the total spool erection, isometric weight installed, welded dia inches of supports and joints and the remaining work front with the materials available. Co-ordinate with the sub-contractors to achieve the targets and schedule set by the planning. Supervision of all piping works and ensures safety and quality standards of the client. Study the isometric drawing received from the clients and to identify the pipe lines and carry out the inspection work. Check flow direction arrows on valves; verify that they are properly identified and valves are installed in accordance with flow direction. Ensure that pipe supports, hangers and guides have been installed in accordance with the piping drawings and the pipe support details. Documentation of the subcontractors and ensure that all the activities are incorporated to their system on daily basis and can be traced according to our requirements. Line check to verify the use of correct material fittings, valves, and supports prior to hydro test and prepare punch list for incomplete works, check and closing after the work is done.

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company is expanding their existing gas gathering, processing and treatment facilities. The existing facility processes is 1, 900 MMSCFD of sales gas. The expanded facility is capable of processing an additional 1, 000 MMSCFD of sales gas for total of 2, 900 MMSCFD. Black and Veatch Pritchard Inc. (BVPI) have supplied the sulfur recovery process design package.
Basic Function & Responsibilities:
•Monitors Control Panels for corrective quality and efficient operation of the assigned units. Process settings, such as levels, flow, temperature, valve position etc. to ascertain the mode of operation.
•Transporting methanol and Crude Ethylene Glycol to Recovery Glycol section for distillation processing.
