Responsibilities:
 Achieve the shortest possible production cycle time, increase the value-added by eliminating waste and reducing incidental work, decreases the time between a customer order and shipment, improve profitability, customer satisfaction, throughput time.
 Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule and make sure production proceeds smoothly and stay within budget.
 Develop budgets, estimating costs and approve expenditures for supplies and Ensuring that materials, labor and equipment are used efficiently to meet production targets.
 Optimize resource utilization by implementation of an effective production organization.
 Develop and implement production tracking, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, and other operational reports, to detect production problems.
 Following up to ensures the effectiveness of the ERP and ISO Systems.
 Initiate and coordinate inventory and cost control programs.
Coordinate and recommend procedures for facility and equipment maintenance or modification, including the replacement of machines.
 Continually improve safety record and ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.
 Development increases employee’s moral, motivation, better human relations, accuracy and knowledge and skills for doing the existing job successfully.
Prepare periodical reports and statistics to the board of directors.
 Following up mechanical & electrical maintenance programs either corrective or protective.
 Working with top management to implement the company's policies and goals.

 Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
 Calculate the material requirements and Prepare Raw material list, packing list and Component list for each project.
 Prepare and establish BOM and Routing for each new product or project for the ERP system.
 Assess cost effectiveness of products or projects, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops.
 Review material and labor requirements, to decide whether it is more cost-effective to produce or not.
 Conduct special studies to develop and establish standard hour and related cost data or to effect cost reduction.
 Coordinate quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost.
 Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
 Plan and establish sequence of operations to fabricate and assemble parts or products and to promote efficient utilization.
 Prepare Production and tracking reports to provide Information for the manager.
 Analyzes and resolves worker problems and recommends motivational plans.

 Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts.
 Analyzes and resolves worker problems and recommends motivational plans.
 Estimates production times, staffing requirements, to provide information for management decision.
 Make Production and tracking reports to provide Information for the manager.
 Study operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts, and project information to determine worker functions and responsibilities.
 Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material, and utilities.
