Highlights of Duties
Primary Responsibilities as CEO Director:
* Reasonable for all communications with our agencies.
* Order the units from agencies and follow its delivery statues.
* Arrange Training Courses for Engineers in Germany and Egypt.
* Maintain calendars - arrange, coordinate and prioritize complex scheduling
and logistics.
* Provide telephone coverage - answer executive phones, take accurate
messages, know executive’s whereabouts at all times, handle urgent calls
with appropriate judgment.
* Arrange (including selection of date, time, and location) internal and
external meetings (internal meetings typically require extensive
coordination).
* Conduct extensive online and off-line research as requested.
* Compose and type agendas and correspondence for special events, board
meetings, committee meetings and development activities.
* Responsible for handling all travel arrangements (domestic and
international) including hotel accommodations, airline reservations, rental
cars, off-site meeting venues.
* Arrange special meeting facilities (e.g. food, PC projector, etc.); send
meeting confirmation emails; prepare and distribute meeting materials.
* Prepare various materials when requested, using PowerPoint, Word, and
Excel.
* Prepare expense reports.
* Handle special projects for the CEO.
* Manage internal communications, including social media.
* Full coverage and replacement for the CEO during his absence.
Primary Responsibilities Operations Director
* Manage, Supervise and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of HR
department.
* Follow up and direct the sales and maintenance department as well as
linking between both in order to increase efficiency and improve the
company’s OR services and support.
* Improve the operational systems, and processes in support of organizations
mission specifically, support better progress reporting, information flow,
business process and organizational planning.
* Regular Consulting meetings with Executive Director and the key decision
makers in both sales and maintenance departments discussing their
problems and oversee the working Progress to improve the productivity. .
* Create a database for all departments “Sales, Maintenance and all
customer services.
* Responsible for all marketing operations such as workshops, and evaluation
surveys.
