Job Responsibilities:

• Experience using staffing systems and tools including relational database applicant tracking systems, the internet, job boards and imagination
• Highly skilled and experienced in Domestic Recruitments Involved in End to End Recruitment activities that include Supporting Team, sourcing, screening, short listing, personal evaluation and effective communication.
• Handling Walk-In Interviews. Coordination etc.
• Conducting HR interviews for shortlisted candidates and Negotiate /convince them to accept the offer and join as early as possible.
• Excellent networking, database management and negotiation skills.
• Sound understanding of requirements under technological preview.
• Worked as part of a recruitment team, responsible for quickly identifying qualified candidates according to client specific business requirements, hiring criteria, using recruitment skills including but not limited to sourcing, screening, qualifying, behavioural interviewing, salary negotiations.
• Ability to multitask, work under high pressure and get the job done.
• Identifying the candidates suitable for that opening on the basis of mapping of the profiles with the requirement, contacting the candidates short-listed after initial mapping.
• Checking their willingness for the opening, taking a brief overview of the candidate for checking their communication.
• Forwarding the profiles of short listed candidates to the client lining up the candidates short listed by the client for interviews.
• Taking feedbacks from the Clients and the candidates.

• Preparing and maintenance and updating of Database, Quarterly /Monthly/Weekly status reports sending the weekly recruitment report to the head of recruitment
