QA/QC Inspection duties on structural, stick build, single weld hook up and HW sour gas Inlet pipework (using pams units) on the Gorgon ME&I LNG project, Barrow Island, WA.
Liaise with and audit contractor procedures and certifications as well as monitor ongoing site works to ensure compliance with the relevant codes and standards.
QA/QC Supervision on 5 different sites for AGI upgrades as well as an 18" HW gas pipeline and new build AGI supplying a 400MW power station.
Ran the QA/QC department at the workshop as well as conducting site Inspections on pipelines and AGI's around the country.
Set-up a quality control plan for the logging of materials and consumables as well as a welding tracking system and welder register.
Carry out NDT Inspections and co-ordinate work of other NDT crews on many different projects Including gas pipelines, AGI's and Oil refinery shutdowns.
Good leaving certificate achieved with 380 points. 2 Honours. Very capable individual
