Independently manage all Site construction activities directly, proving complete supports in all phases of works, Pre-planning of Jobs Sequences.
Pre- Planning of Materials Proposing, Estimating, Procurements & Delivery schedules, Submitting material receiving procedure, Test, & inspection upon Material receiving at Site.
Procedure & Method Statements providing for Sub-contractor, Fabricators at their Shop, Suppliers, review of Shops Drawings, Test Plans,
Responsible for assisting, clarifying any quarries raised by Clients or site work executing team, and proving solutions & suggestion in the spot to avoid any sort of delay in construction activities or as well as for document submitting / review responses.
Responsible of maintaining all records of Inspections, Quality Controls, and respective documents, and periodically Audits,
Providing the HSE related documents, such as Risk Assessments, Control Measures, Safe procedures fro each jobs steps and sequences, and proving education, safety Induction, for respective fields as per Standards, & Client’s specifications
Responsible fro Preparing Final Hand over Procedures, and carry out the all required Final Inspections & Submitting Final Dossiers records.
Preparing Site Progress Reports Weekly, Monthly, & Quarterly, and reporting direct to the General Manager.
Responsibilities

Gazlan Power Plant Project
Scope : Const. of Chimney 165 M High, (02 Nos.) EPC CONTRACTOR
Inner Flues, Steel Str. Platforms, Electrical Works & Finishing
Duration : APRIL
Worked under direct as Saudi Aramco base crew, and held responsible for proving detail estimation to Aramco’s base contractor as well as to the sub- contractors.
Monitoring the project of each phase the performance & progress are as per the Armco standards & requirements.
Reviewing of subcontractor’s Procedure & Method Statements, Shops Drawings, Test Plans,
Proving complete required documents as per the Aramco’s standards & specifications to the each sub-contractor & at each required phases of work.
Responsible for Coordinate between sub-contractors / suppliers, and Aramco’s concerned departments of managements.
Construction Progress, HSE procedures implementing and monitoring, and direct dealing with the sub- contractor’s concerned departments & representatives.
