Responsible for Planning/Procurement of plant machinery and vehicle -operations and maintenance.
responsible of lifting operations and maintenance of Tower cranes with LEEA certification.
OPERATIONS&MAINTENANCE OF TOWER CRANES/WORKSHOP MANAGEMENT
Regular attending of all break-downs on case to case basis.
Coordination with concerned Project Manager, Construction Managers, Project Engineers and Site Engineers to meet the site requirement (such as arranging Tower Cranes, Placing Booms, Stationery Pumps, Hoists, etc.)
Procuring and monitoring of third party construction equipments (horizontal & vertical lifting gear) in coordination with purchasing department as per site requirement.
Maintaining proper plant history file, PMV master list and other daily reports related to all equipments at the project.
Day-today monitoring of preventive maintenance program of all equipments .
Day-today site visit for the random check for the quality of preventive maintenance of equipments.
Implementation of weekly preventive maintenance program for all the projects and monitoring all six crews.
Coordination with concerned site staff to attain zero break-downs by fulfilling 100% preventive maintenance programme.
Coordination with workshop, stores, purchasing, administration for the smooth running of preventive maintenance program.
Proper coordination with logistic department for site facilities and mobilization.
Proper coordination with safety department to attain safety measures as and when required.
Organizing fabricators, welders, plumbers and electricians for the project construction activities.
Maintaining proper vigil and record on all power tools for their proper utilization and timely repairs for the smooth functioning of site requirement.
Managing day and night activities of workshop and proper coordination with mechanical team.
Overall responsibility for operation and maintenance of PMV in the project.
Installation of necessary machineries for production process and attending their regular maintenance
