• Respond to all emergency production machinery breakdowns in injectable dry powder filling plant and oral solid dosage plant.
• Troubleshooting of HPHV Sterilizers, stability chambers and incubators.
• Plant automation and process control equipment troubleshooting.
• Lead the installation, commissioning and qualification of oral solid dosage plant as per the regulatory guidelines with complete utilities, HVAC, and process machineries.
• Modification and improvement, preventive and corrective maintenance of plant machines and other equipment as per the SOP's.
• Plants utility system check and maintenance, (1250 & 870kva generators, 2000 & 1600 amp ATS panel, 80 & 30 kva ups, nitrogen generators, air compressors, steam boiler, WFI (water for injection) plant, RO plant, chillers, and HVAC system as per the SOP's.
• Responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosis of production machineries.(injection molding and blow molding)
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of integrated electro-mechanical systems including pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Plant machinery PLC's, soft starters and drives faults troubleshooting.
• Respond to all emergency production machinery breakdowns as needed and repair machines in a proficient and timely manner.
• Factory three phase & single phase power system maintenance work and responsible for ordering electrical spare parts.
• Responsible for ordering process machinery spare parts and its maintenance work. (E.g. Tetra Pak, UHT Plant, Homogenizer, Fat Separator, PHE’s Product Pumps etc.)
• Factory utility system check and maintenance.
• Plant automation and process control system troubleshooting and repair.
• Check and running repair resolve all type of inkjet printers. (Videojet, domino, image)
• Install and maintenance of commercial and residential building electrical system at ENBD.
• Attended to all MEP breakdowns at ENBD properties.
• Performing quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Routinely inspecting building electrical systems such as wiring, fixtures, and appliances.
• Performing circuit breaker panels, control panels, corrective maintenance.
• Writing electrical maintenance reports.
• Installing new electrical appliances in the building.
• Operation, troubleshooting and maintenance in plant machineries (rubber sheeting and flooring products e.g. ban bury machines, mill machines, press machines etc.)
• Designed motor control and control circuits.
• Troubleshooting and resolving the machinery PLC unit’s faults.
