• Execute AP payments and receive calls from all creditors inquiring about their payment and coordinate with chief accountant and financial manager to reply.
• Reviewing monthly payable report and contact creditors to ask for a statement of account where requested.
• Check invoices and data entry and conduct necessary reconciliations and corrections.
• Notify chief accounting any returned check or POS.
• Deposit cash and checks at the bank, and handle bank relations on the transactional level
• Book the banks transactions, Preparing Report balance sheet, cash flows, income statement.
• Provide necessary reports, salary domiciliation.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account.

Accounting transactions including Journal transactions, payment voucher & receipts and invoices.
• Ordering items from suppliers & following up the orders.
• Client negotiation about due payments.

• Following up legal papers with the person in charge.

• Supervise in the Kitchen, ensuring proper washing cycles, food and beverages stock are properly handled and correct.
• Organizing shifts to ensure appropriate staff timing and performance at all times.
• Ensuring all staff are in proper uniform and tidy.
• Ensuring restaurant, toilet, kitchen, hygiene and sanitation are maintained in proper way.
• Participate in conservation with suppliers and do meeting with the owner and be control of anything happening in the restaurant.
• Making sure the invoicing and order OMEGA system is working fine all day.
• Supervise waiters and make sure the clients are well served.
• Obtaining revenues, issuing receipts, accepting payments, returning the change and closing end of day.
• Suggest food and beverages to the guest and also try to up selling when needed.

for guests, monitoring guests waiting list and ensuring that the needs of the guests are met while they are
waiting, answering phone calls and booking reservations and moving tables to accommodate large parties,
