• Execute AP payments and receive calls from all creditors inquiring about their payment and coordinate with chief accountant and financial manager to reply.
• Reviewing monthly payable report and contact creditors to ask for a statement of account where requested.
• Check invoices and data entry and conduct necessary reconciliations and corrections.
• Notify chief accounting any returned check or POS.
• Deposit cash and checks at the bank, and handle bank relations on the transactional level
• Book the banks transactions, Preparing Report balance sheet, cash flows, income statement.
• Provide necessary reports, salary domiciliation.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account.

• Supervise in the Kitchen, ensuring proper washing cycles, food and beverages stock are properly handled and correct.
• Organizing shifts to ensure appropriate staff timing and performance at all times.

• Ensuring restaurant, toilet, kitchen, hygiene and sanitation are maintained in proper way.
• Participate in conservation with suppliers and do meeting with the owner and be control of anything happening in the restaurant.
