As their ELT Manager for Marketing and Sales, my main responsibilities included:
- Design and development of the national promotion campaign, including sales targets, marketing strategies and staff training
- Organization of events, courses and conferences, and participation in trade shows and educational events
- Copywriting and editing of catalogues and brochures for the Spanish market
- Management of the ELT Consultants’ Department
- Close cooperation with the Editing Department, coordination and follow up on every project for the Spanish market, including dealings with authors, designers and freelance contributors
