Clinical & Quality Pharmacy Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Administer and teach three Professional Pharmacy Experience courses to 4th & 5th year pharmacy students:
- Hospital Pharmacy Practice Management II
- Introduction to Professional Pharmacy Practice
- Hospital Pharmacy and Drug Information
• Precept LAU pharmacy students at hospitals across Lebanon
• Conduct simulation lab activities
• Analyze and tackle clinical cases
• Handle projects on Medication Use Evaluation

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Reviewing, controlling, and dispensing medical prescriptions
• Counselling/probing patients on disease management and medication use, and following-up on cases on next visits

• Ordering medications from suppliers and verifying order deliveries

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Sitting in for Chief Pharmacist during absence
• Assisting in controlling the activities of the Hospital Pharmacy
• Assisting in setting department’s goals/objectives; and establishing/updating department’s policies and procedures manual as per Quality requirements
• Monitoring the Strategic Planning and setting the annual Quality Improvement Plan as per PDCA cycle
• Assisting in the department’s auto-evaluations and internal audits
• Assisting in establishing and monitoring the Pharmacy Educational Plan
• Training and coaching new employees on their job descriptions
• Supervising/monitoring employees in the execution of their duties, and evaluating their performance according to devised competency testing

• Assisting in monitoring and controlling Narcotics/Psychotropes and securing their correct dispatching to nursing units and diagnostic services
