- Daily audits on websites to ensure all is in working order
- Manage all website updates required - content changes, new webpages, blog section…
- Price changes: implement changes to websites and send email / log ticket to billing team in head office to implement the same changes in OTIIS
- Ensure links, forms, mobile responsiveness, phone numbers are in working order
- Ensure forms submitted on website are received in CRM.
- Develop strategies that drive customer to the website

- Setup social media boosts (lead generation, reach, engagement…) and control overall social media strategy
- Create campaign source IDs in CRM
