-Responsible for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Smoke, Fire Fighting,
Process, Compressed Air, Water Supply, Drainage, SEER calculation.
-Generate minutes from design reviews and ensure design files & information are kept up to date
and stored in accordance with departmental procedures.
-Liaise with the customer for project’s deliverable requirements.
-Liaise with architectural & structural sub-consultants for project & customer’s requirements
Project: Emicool District Cooling Plant-Palazzo Versace & D1 tower
-6, 000 Tons cooling plant with thermal energy storage tank.
-Supervision of the project as per the customer requirements.
-Ensure liaison between the contractors & the customer.
-Coordinate between the different contractors involved in the project.
-Communicate with Government authorities.
-Conduct site inspections, weekly & monthly reports
-Schedule & monitor testing & commissioning.
Project: Qatar University Students Housing - Education City, Qatar
-12, 500 Tons plant, 960 Guest rooms + 208 Apartments + Club House, project seeking LEED Silver rating.
-Oversee Key Mechanical activities (HVAC, firefighting, plumbing & infrastructure).
-Review shop drawings submitted by MEP subcontractor, verify design drawings for discrepancies.
-Ensure mechanical task are operating in tandem with other teams (architect, structural, electrical).
-Monitor IAQ, HVAC material & storage, as per LEED requirements
-Supervise infrastructure mechanical activities: (a) underground drainage/manholes (b) storm water
(c) chilled water main lines (d) fire hydrant/dry line (e) potable water network and irrigation works.
-Track work in central service unit: (a) chillers shifting/installation (b) cooling towers
shifting/installation (c) chilled water pumps & pumps installation (d) chilled water piping &
firefighting.
Project: solar water heating system, pressurized system, closed loop.
