• Support Manager, and Project Manager for 1/3 projects on a C4ISR program, responsible for the transfer of technology and knowledge (ToTK) to UAE Nationals. ToTK will deliver the technology, and facilitate the operation, through life support solution and the continuing evolution of the system
• Transfer of technology included the delivery / transfer of software, software and hardware development centres, simulation and experimentation laboratories to the training and system support facility for the through life evolution and support of the C4ISR system
• Transfer of knowledge included the coordination of workplace and formal training, often abroad, of civilian staff and members of the Customers Armed Forces, for all C4ISR project disciplines including Project Management, Configuration Management, Requirements Management, Risk Management, IT, Software Engineering, ILS, IV&V, Systems Engineering and System Support
• The satisfactory conclusion of the program ensures the technology can be utilised to further evolve the C4ISR system by UAE Nationals, in support of their Armed Forces
• Prepared a bid for a secure C2 system for a network to be used by Armed Forces Command Centres, Civilian Ministries and VVIPs, regardless of the latter's location worldwide 24/7.

ILS & Training Head at BAE Systems

UKINTELWEB / Integrated Broadcast System
• Produced the Use Cases for the UK Intelligence Website (UKINTELWEB) / Integrated Broadcast Systems (to support planning, strategic and operational level Situational Awareness for the intelligence services within the UK MoD)
