Overlooking camp operations and services
* Maintaining manpower and assets within the camp
* Responsible for all Housekeeping and laundry activities
* Monitoring and evaluating staff performance
* Monitoring cost control, distributing tools, materials and manpower as required
* Monitoring maintenance activities in accordance with client’s and company requirements
* Budget, cost control and manpower management
* Regular staff meetings and toolbox talks to improve and maintain overall camp operation
* Monitoring staff hygiene and PPE compliance as required
* Providing support and guidance to new locations and ensuring it is set up in accordance
to requirements and company standards
* Attending all required safety trainings and seminars
* Regularly attending client and management meetings to tackle any current issues and
improving performance where required
* Participating in all internal audits, camp inspections and safety inspections within the
camp facilities
* Attending all safety, medical and fire drills conducted internally or upon client’s request
Barzan Onshore Project) Doha- Qatar
Location : LGV Ras Laffan (Barzan Project Camps
Performing diverse duties and work order control-related activities.
* Managing, coordinating, and monitoring a 700 man camp.
* Responsible for housekeeping, administration and safety of the camp and its residents.
* Maintaining order and discipline among Company workers and camp residents
* In a spare time helping to maintain all of Company computers on site.
* Client meetings on a weekly basis
Managing hotel maintenance team of, ac technicians, carpenters and electricians.
* Assuring the top performance of all hotel equipment and facilities
Technical position (electro-mechanical technician) responsible for an overhaul and
maintenance of AC and DC high tension motors and generators, including rewinding,
high voltage coil testing, various structural and bearing changes.
* Familiar with testing and calibrating equipment. Able to locate equipment faults.
Supervising general maintenance works, for mainly private contracts and small offices
* Handling material supply, quotations, staff time sheets.
* Maintaining quality work on site.
Attended all safety related trainings and seminars required by Barzan Onshore Project – Ras Laffan -Qatar
