Pre and post contract administration, cost reporting to Client, Extension of time and delay analysis, Negotiating and agreeing Final account, Value Engineering, management of monthly valuations and updating budget compliances, interfacing with Client, architect and Engineer and other stake holders at all project stages, review of insurances, bonds, warranties, finalisation provisional sum, prime cost and other day work rates issues, assessment of prolongation cost, Review of O & M manuals, completion certificates, TOC, Certificate of good Defect, etc.

• Ensuring maintenance of records for
• Engineer’s Instruction, WIR, MoM, approvals, Warranties, bonds, direct payments, etc
• Coordinating the negotiation of all contracts.

• Monitoring compliance of contract requirements ensuring all conditions are satisfied before approval of the final invoice.
• Initiating and conducting meetings with contractors concerning contractual problems as requested by Construction Project Manager.
• Establishing and updating records of all correspondence related to contract activity.
• Assists in compiling and preparing bid documents and bidders list, including inquiry preparations, request for bids and recommendations for award of contract.
• Monitoring and management of procurement of material and cash flow,
• Identifying cost saving initiatives and implementing value engineering in various stages of work,
• Preparing monthly cost value reconciliation
• Controlling of free issue items and their cost effects
• Review of contract documents, design coordination controls and cost estimates,
• Interfacing production units for shut down protocols
• Preparing construction programs vs. periodic cost projections
• Processing work orders
• Issue Variation Orders and Engineer's Instructions
• Assist contracts manager in review of contractor's claims
• Preparation of budgets
• Preparation of payment certificates
• Scrutinizing, negotiating and finalization of Variations and Final Accounts.
