 Ensure all the personnel engaged in scope handling are trained with required job specific training and all are recorded in accordance with ADNOC requirements.
 Ensure that the Risk Assessments are carried out for each activity and proper work permits are obtained and recorded.
 Support in preparing Lift plan for critical lift ensures HSE compliance.
 Coordinate with Corporate HSE for updating the HSE requirements.
 Conduct training at site on HSE awareness and as per ADNOC campaigns.
 Maintain proper HSE reporting (statistical / performance) in line with ADNOC requirements.
 Ensure proper reporting of HSE incidents and support in incident investigation and follow up for proper closing.
 Ensure all HSE flashes, lesson learnt etc. are shared with all site work force.
