I maintained and advanced IT in the organisation. This included:
- Supervision of one Network Administrator.
- Management of user accounts, group policies, shared resources.
- Management of servers and storage, capacity planning and expansion.
- Administration of Microsoft Exchange and other fundamental infrastructure servers and services.
- Support of users in two permanent remote locations and two temporary but long-term project locations over VPN and public internet remote control methods.
- Management of Remote Desktop Services and RemoteApp
- Management of Hyper-V virtualisation platform.

The organisation relocated in the first half of 2014. I was responsible for negotiating with suppliers and telecom providers for the successful implementation of a new voice and data network and ensuring a smooth transition to the new premises. This was achieved with a total down-time of approximately four hours.
